So many rejections of CW’s yet he can afford to holiday in Sweden for the rest of the month. I don’t even have triple digits in my savings for the rest of the month.
Keith, you’re living a rather fortunate life, show some appreciation for those of us that work hard and bust our asses and are still pinching our wallets and spare a little here and there to support your lifestyle. Provide something quality in return that parallels the quality of life you’re so graciously giving yourself.
For what it’s worth, he’s not vacationing, he’s actually living in various European locations for the rest of the year I believe.
Normally, I would agree that the traveling is redic while other things on site clearly need attention (and the holding of international meet ups while we haven’t had that many state side, for a US based site. . ). .. but I think that the CW issue is just fine.
I’m glad that the site is having very high standards for what they accept for going live on the site. I was worried when CWs started we’d be drowning in horrible anime fug and sparkledogs but thankfully it’s not been that bad.
Fact: you’re not the only person to have CWs declined, stop treating it like a personal martyrdom.
I’m not paying rent, insurance (I sold my car), etc back home. I am renting bedrooms from people in various countries with the only major expense really flying around.
We’ve just recently hired on a person to help with the queue (Which has been helping a massive amount) as well as anew programmer, and we’re continuing to explore ways to grow our team.
YOU REALLY THINK I’M DOING A GOOD JOB *teehee* Thanks, Keith c:
For people complaining about the queue - I’d just like to let you know it’s been under 10 submissions for the past few days, and in fact was down to ZERO yesterday. I’d say 1 out of every 3 items submitted gets accepted - and at least 1 out of every 4 items REJECTED is because the submitter made a silly mistake. CWs are going well, and I’m actually really proud of us and how we’ve been keeping up with it c:
